Diet after bersalin?

Hello!

Fathiyah thanks tanya soalan..ada gak la benda nak diupdate hahaha..
Before preggy, my weight is around 53kg..for 1st 3 months pregnancy..turun sampai 51kg..after that baru la naik balik slowly..tapi itu pun tak banyak hanya 9kg je..sebab baby kecik kot?heheh

During confinement,i try to control my diet..
I was not eating cold foods..biasala kan..but i eat chocolate eh..for my energy..to take care my baby..i drink lots of water..and after birth my weight down till 54kg..and 1 kg to go la if nak keep maintain kan?hehehe so for me dah ok la tu..

Tips?
Stop eating before satiety..Berhenti sebelum kenyang...
Itu yang Amy selalu buat masa pantang..sebab takut gemok punya pasal la..
So, for new mothers can try this way...mana la tahu berjaya..kan?
Lapar memang lapar..sebab bf..just drink lots of water...
Insyallah..oh I'm not taking any medications..Masa Anya 5 months baru la tercari2 vitamins..hahaha...so currently..Amy amik multivitamin...Ni nak amik awal pun ok..Jamu tak makan langsung la..

Yang buat susut jugak,sebab direct bf..iya!memang tak percaya la..semua seluar dah longgar..tang kaki pun susut gak..pelik mana la pergi lemak2 dulu?hahaha Alhamdulillah la..sebab jogging memang la sangat malas kahkah..!
